There has been no soap in the men's bathroom for well over a week now. What does that say about the employees handling food?

Horrible service old manager lady with black hair yelled at an employee that was handing me a small bag to separate my order that was all tossed in one bag . She then said if you’re going to be handing out bags we are going to run out of them . This manager clearly should not be managing and should be retrained in customer service !
