Horrible service old manager lady with black hair yelled at an employee that was handing me a small bag to separate my order that was all tossed in one bag . She then said if you’re going to be handing out bags we are going to run out of them . This manager clearly should not be managing and should be retrained in customer service !

whoever the man was on drive thru today needs to be retrained. no hi welcome to dunkin. just “what can i get for you?” in the most annoyed tone ever.
