Walked in to get my order greeted by an employee and ask if I was picking up said yes and immediately someone starts screaming. I was handed my food and said thank you to hear screaming again about not socializing with my baby in arm mind you. terrible environment why would you be screaming through a family friendly coffee shop? The worker lied to me. He looked me in my face and told me I got my wrap. It turned out to be a cold pastry. I should have known because he seemed uneasy and not confident in reciting my order. I didn't check before I left because I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I don't mind the wait stuff happens, but to take long and get the order wrong is crazy. Like bro pick a struggle.
I come here with my kids and the staff is always patient and kind with them, which is really appreciated. The doughnuts are pretty yummy too.
I used to love Dunkin, but it seems a bit overpriced now. It's not really worth what you're paying for.
