Been going to Dunkin’ Donuts across the country for the past two decades. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. It may seem busy it’s only because they’re so slow, but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a coffee. Orders are wrong about 50% of the time so make sure you check your order. When you try to correct your order then they’re rude to you. Because of this location, I deleted the app no longer going to any Dunkin’ Donuts. Terrible long wait times in drive thru and inside. Ridiculous
Always out of everything and very rude staff at the port Royal one.and in Columbia TN and no parking
Food is always quality, but they have the worst entrance imaginable; it’s always backed into the street. This morning, I waited in line 15 minutes to be told when ordering that I couldn’t get any hot food because of how backed up they were.
