I ordered through the drive through this morning and during the process of ordering two iced vanilla lattes, two sandwiches, hash browns, and donuts, the person taking my order was laughing at me and laughing with her co workers in the background while I was ordering. She kept laughing and muting the mic in the middle of me ordering because she couldn’t stop laughing. I am shocked by the customer service I received this morning. Will never go back. Now I’ll start by saying I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this Dunkin. This morning, was outstanding. I don’t know her name but the girl that worked the drive thru on June 11th is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Not just someone in customer service but someone period! She literally made our morning and we left with smiles. I mean leaving with donuts and coffee helped but it was really her amazing attitude and personality.
