had one of the kindest customer service experiences at Dunkin' Donuts recently, and I just had to leave a review. I stopped by the drive-thru while I was completely losing my voice—it was hard to talk, let alone place an order. I felt a little anxious about it, but the girl working the drive-thru was so incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding. Slow service, please hire more active/attentive people that don't get/stay high and mess orders up! -------- YEARS LATER, they still suck! Adding sausage when you order egg n cheese, doubting the customer when you ... Basically scummy people
Service is horrible, the girls at the front always have the worst attitude. I’ve witness this on multiple occasions a lead being rude with their own co-workers. Management really has to assess this, and also have supervision over staff.
Wouldn't say this is my favorite go to donut shop plus the coffee is just ok. They have been getting better about producing more appealing options. Not sure why but the coffee is just bland with little flavor or aroma. Not referring to adding more sugar flavor but maybe grind the coffee beans in the store to produce a fuller richer coffee flavor.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE WORST. WAITED 30MIN FOR A ORDER OTHER PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER ME AND GOT TGERE FOOD
