Lady who made the drink couldn’t tell me what was inside the drink and was unfazed. She got an attitude and rolled her eyes. Poor service and this new staff is filthy. Just watch how they don’t clean their hands and touch everything.
I ordered plain bagel minis and a frozen butter pecan coffee. The coffee was handed to me without the whipped cream or any of the toppings. When I handed it back and asked if it could possibly look like the picture I was asked if I wanted whipped cream. Im not clear why that would be a question when that's how the drink comes. I get home and realize the plain minis are everything bagel. This is the closest coffee shop to where I work so I come here every day and somehow they still manage to get my drink order wrong each time. It’s not even a complicated order! I only keep coming back due to convenience. I just wish they had more competent employees.
They were out of eggs :(
