I have been to many Dunkins because I love Dunkin, but I won't step foot here again after today. Waited 10 minutes for someone to "allow" me to order. I ordered a small shakin espresso with 2 pumps of caramel. I was given a medium that was the wrong color (this is my usual order so I know) and explained to them that I ordered a small. Bought my normal M hazelnut coffee, tasted nothing like it. Went back around for a refund, employee (Seya, I believe was his name) tried pumping hazelnut to make it better and adding coffee. Tasted watered down and nasty asked for a refund became hostile saying there’s no possibility and said his manager won’t be back until Monday so there’s no possibility of a refund. NEVER coming back here.
