Yall either need to 1) train your new employees, or 2) discount the coffees they be making. I ordered a pumpkin coffee with almond milk and I got a cup of ice with a side of coffee (exaggeration) that had way too much butter pecan flavoring. If I knew what I’d be getting I simply wouldn’t have come
Mobil ordered/ great customer service/ they make there drinks better than Starbucks!
This place is horrendously managed and the energy amongst employees to customers is always flat, they could care less about serving you or how they’re making the coffee. It’s actually an insult to the customer that they ask for a tip as part of the check out process. This isn’t a charity, what would we be tipping you for?!
