This place is horrendously managed and the energy amongst employees to customers is always flat, they could care less about serving you or how they’re making the coffee. It’s actually an insult to the customer that they ask for a tip as part of the check out process. This isn’t a charity, what would we be tipping you for?!
One of the employee ( especially a young lady) at this place was providing worst service, she was showing all her frustration while we still placing order on Sunday(6/21/26). worst experience ever
My wife received a cup with a message that we found inappropriate and offensive. I felt that the message was disrespectful toward my wife, which is why I returned to the store to ask for an explanation. While trying to address the issue, a Brazilian employee took the cup from my hand and threw it in the trash. That cup was the only evidence of what had happened, which made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally, the police were called.
