I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a simple order — a black decaf hot coffee with extra butter pecan and a serving of Snackin’ Bacon. What I received was a plain hot coffee with no flavoring and regular bacon with no maple sugar. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, and it’s frustrating to pay for items I don’t receive. This morning around 9:30 AM, I witnessed yet another disappointing incident at Dunkin—one that cost them three more customers, myself included. A woman who had placed an online order had to return to the pick-up counter few minutes later as Dunkin screwed up the order.
