I got a medium ice mocha latte & gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill. She gave me $4.35 in change & no receipt. I circled back to get my correct change. I told the cashier I gave her a $20 she then gaslighted me & insisted I gave her $10. No way! Said she was unable to give me my money back & had to call manager to review the tapes. The employees are the worse people they have really bad attitude, you’re not even finish your order and they tell you to move, no matter what you order taste weird and you always paid different prices for the same item, I hope someone do something with this location. I wish I can rate as a 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 star
Este Dunkin’ en el turno de la madrugada (5:00 A.M.) es un desastre. Los tres empleados de la mañana no saben atender ni respetar al cliente. Siempre que intento pedir algo, me interrumpen a la mitad con lo mismo: “What size? What size?” sin dejarme terminar de hablar. Muy grosero y cero profesional.
