Hot weather and so decided on Frozen Coffee. Atmosphere indescribable. The manager was in either training or reprimanding her employees in her language. Clearly, I wasn't seen coming into their store despite the bell sounding "SOMEONES ENTERING STORE." I waited a little bit before saying, "Pardon me, is anyone working inside, or is the drive thru only open?" Very bad cold food…corporate or something needs to fix this. This isn’t the first time this happened and I see all the bad reviews seems like no one wants to fix this or teach the employees!
