I am not one to ever leave reviews but this has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts .. I just moved to town. I went there one evening place was closed at 815 sign says 9pm rude worker said we ran out of everything .. the next night I went he said he was outta donuts and hot coffee.. never again place seems To be an issue every night .
This has been the worst experience The employee was extremely disrespectful and rude even though I’m a regular who comes every single day and spends a ton of money and he yelled at me for literally no reason I was telling him that he gave me the wrong thing and the guy started going on and on about how I come in every day The guy was very disrespectful I’m not happy with my service.
Very poor service during the afternoon shift. I once waited almost 15 minutes at the counter calling for someone before an employee finally came out from the back, without even apologizing. Another time I ordered one Dunkin’ latte with two mocha syrup shots, but the employee gave me two regular lattes instead. When I explained that this was not my order, he insisted that I ordered two lattes and refused to fix it. Communication is very poor and orders are often wrong. I’ve had several bad experiences here.
I’ve visited this location 10+ times and have never had a 3+ star experience. They consistently have little to no donut selection after noon (at a donut shop!). When inside, it usually takes about 30 seconds to two minutes to even be recognized. Then, after being recognized, the staff usually is talking either to each other or to the folks in the drive through. If this place didn’t have the Dunkin branding it would be closed in two weeks.
Ridiculously nice staff open at 4 a.m.
