I stopped at another Dunkin on my way to work, and as I was driving I realized my wrap was burnt to a crisp. I pulled in here and politely asked if they were able to remake it, as I was on my way to work and way too far past the original Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude explaining their policy that since they have different owners they couldn’t do it. So this poor rating is for the attitude I received even though I was very polite.
