Ordered an iced latte with banana and oat milk here snd had it doordashed and I just get a cup of straight oat milk. How do you miss the coffee and banana completely and let that go out the door? Just sad..
If you go through the drive-thru expecting to have a quick in and out forget about it. I have been through here multiple times recently and get the same experience. the people that work the drive-thru act like they're so confused
I work early, earlier than most. So when I go to Dunkin I would expect to be in and out, maybe a couple minutes. I sat in the drive thru from 05:10 this morning until 05:21. Everyone who worked there looked at me staring in the window like I was crazy because all I wanted was my drink order. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt until I notice in actively being ignored.
