Very disappointing customer service. I went through the drive-thru, and the employee told me I had to come inside because she was changing shifts and had a timer running by me standing at the drive thru. When I explained I couldn’t come inside, she told me I would have to drive around and wait over 25 minutes. Her attitude was also rude and unwelcoming. I simply wanted to order a donut, and this experience was completely unnecessary. This is not good customer service. I left without ordering.
Very disappointed. Not only did they have me wait 15min in the drive- thru, they gave me my bagel completely burnt and they still went a head buttered it and still gave it to me.
problems rare. Overall staff friendly and efficient. My stop every morning. Love my iced coffee. I don't know who this Dan person is who bakes the donuts but he makes the best French cruellers in the entire Orlando area. I only visit this one spot because the other stores drench them in sugar and Dan makes them perfect. Glaze along the top only. Dan needs to train every Dunkin baker in the region. I went down here on my way to the airport with my 80 year old grandma so she and I could use the washroom quick. She goes to the ladies and when I try the men's it's locked. I asked the lady behind the counter politely if she could unlock it and she said that the men's washroom was closed. So I waited for my grandma to get out while she comments saying men can't use the women's restroom. When my grandma goes out I go in as only going pee quick.
