Heads up, I ordered thru the app and GPS sent me to the wrong location, a parking lot for an office park. The address listed on the app is just 250 Sand Lake Rd, the correct address is 250 W. Sand Lake Rd. It makes a difference.
Too expensive for mediocre food! We spent $40 for breakfast only, also charged for protein milk even though that’s how the drink is sold.
I’ve been a Dunkin’ customer for years, but this visit was very disappointing. The employee who took my order was unfriendly and seemed annoyed the entire time. On top of that, the restrooms were closed, and customers were told to use the Racetrac next door—even while it was raining. Poor service, poor atmosphere, and this location has really gone downhill. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
Soy cliente fija de Dunkin D , pero últimamente desde que cambiaron sus empleados, hay pésimo servicio al cliente.Desde que llegas a la ventana es como si las estuvieras obligando a hacer algo que ellos no quisieran, ni la propina que piden se la quieren ganar !!!
The ladies that work here in the morning are mean and don't know how to make drinks. You need employees that will make your dunking donuts look good. Not mean ladies
