Workers hanging outside. Nobody serving customers, I waited to no avail...as I was leaving the employees outside were laughing at me. I used to love this Dunkin but I am going to have say myself and all of my crews wont return to this store.
I ordered a coffee accident at another Dunkin’ and the guy at the window took care of it. Excellent customer service!! Will return!
I have several Dunkin locations surrounding my house and after years of being local to the location closest to my home, I finally switched to the Sand Lake location and I wish I had switched sooner. The ice coffees they make are always consistent day to day. I never have to wonder if I’m going to get something I didn’t order, or made differently. With iced coffees now being $4, it’s nice to finally find a place that I can count on. And their employees and service is great too
