My favorite Dunkin this is the only Dunkin that can seem to get my order right in the area ive got to give real props to Mari and Sam I’ve seen them multiple times this past month working with just those two kicking butt
Service with a smile, even at 5:30 in the morning. The girls work very hard to keep us runnin'.
I have given this place numerous chances. The staff messes up my order every single time. I ordered a wrap without bacon & of course they add bacon (this happened TWICE at this location). I ordered a lightly toasted multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese and they burnt the bagel + added regular cream cheese. They also never have multigrain bagels (no matter how early you go) and the app does not reflect this. Another time, they did not have any has browns for their new hash brown wrap. This staff is always way behind and not friendly. Its a problem evwrytime we come here
Slowest store no matter how busy. Sometimes 10 to 15 minutes. With Bartlett Rd being closed this is the closest one on my commute. They havent been offering Pumpkin coffee (syrup) for over a week now online. Very disappointing. They need better management.
