I was literally yelled at by an employee because it was unclear what his directions were. My order was prepaid or I would have canceled it. I understand that fast food work is stressful but this was unacceptable especially since there was zero rudeness or aggression on my part. I have other Dunkin locations I can utilize for future stops.
