I been to this Dunkin many times for years as it is in a very convenient location. Overall, they are pretty good, but today was an exception. We went through the drive through and when asked I stated that I would be using the app for points. I placed the order waited in line and pulled up. I had both my phone and card ready, but handed him my card first. Then I said I have my QR code. He flatly said "Too late you have to scan it first." Ai told him that I have a promo for extra points. ordered a SEC with added bacon and never got my bacon . yea the drive thru cool n all but if your get my order wrong just throw the whole place away .. at least when i walked in the nice lady’s behind the counter would ensure your order is correct( before renovations) i wonder what happened to those lady’s the was really holding the place down now we got kids at this location messing up the flow
Great food, easy to get too
Service is fast and new drive thru is very convenient!
Decent sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Small coffee added makes this less than $10.
