Very happy they added a drive-thru. It makes stopping by much more convenient, and the service was quick and efficient.
This is a great Dunkin! Often, when going to a different Dunkin, my coffee is not the same but this one was on point! Great job!
I have been a regular customer and have become more and more disappointed with this location. This morning I waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee and half a dozen donuts. I was then presented with a bag of donuts! When I looked surprised, the young man said “What? There are 6 donuts in there”. Three Boston cream thrown on top of 3 strawberry frosted smushed into a small bag. The pictures speak for themselves and they have officially lost my business.
Food and service at Dunkin are supposed to be consistent regardless of which location you visit, but this one is consistently terrible in every category. The teenagers they have running the drive thru and front counter have terrible attitudes and are regularly seen arguing with customers as if the coffee and donuts come out of their paychecks. No one is listening or paying attention, so something will almost certainly be made wrong and you will wait at least 10-15 minutes while they remake your order. They underfill your dri... read more
