The drinks and good are typically fine, but if I pay cash I'm often given the wrong change by as much as 10 dollars. This morning in the drive thru I told the guy at the speaker I wanted a 10 dollar giftcard and gave 25 dollars when my order should have been pess than 15 dollars. I was given no giftcard and less than a dollar in change and the woman at the window argued with me when I told her I had given her money for the giftcard since there was no charge on the receipt. Donuts taste stale. I could swear they must be day old. Definitely not fresh made today.I went through the drive through at eleven o'clock.Donuts should not be hard and stiff.
Ordered a latte but was never asked if I wanted hot or cold. Never asked what size. Seems weird not to have warm lattes. I'd come again but I would need to ask/specify a lot before I placed my order. Felt that the prices were too high.
Three cheers for Guri.I just made quite a mess in this store accidentally and was treated like royalty after doing so. The team came to my rescue, cleaned everything up, got me a different drink and save the day. Great customer service still exists and it definitely exists at this store.
Staff are not friendly. Did not tell me the cost of my order until I asked. Handed me my food without one word. No thank you, good morning, have a nice day. They could learn something from Starbucks.
