I would’ve given this establishment a ZERO! I placed my food order with Ravi “the manager “ He was so unprofessional, rude, and argumentative. Ravi was COUGHING on the mobile app orders that were already prepared. I asked him to please cover his mouth, he just made excuses. I asked for my money back and he got very hostile. I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts. Very disappointing!!!!!
It used to be a great place to go last 2 visits was very bad there ladies always on their phone while preparing the food I been going to this location from last 7 yrs and a lot of my family used to go there not anymore

UNKIND & DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve come to this location for years and have loved the employees and treatment until this past year. Plenty of new faces and they are not welcoming at all. A girl is just trying to get her coffee and it seems to be the hardest task at this location. Ravi (girl) today happened to be the unwelcoming one at the drive thru today accusing me of an invalid gift card but when it finally worked (which I knew it would, I used it for the past week) she gave me so much attitude.
