I met respectful people
Extremely RUDE workers in the drive thru. Will not return. The food was burnt, we asked for a new item as my kids won’t eat burnt food. She had horrible customer service and worker had an attitude towards us as customers.
The location is clean but beyond that it doesn't feel like the staff cares. With my last experience, ill definitely be driving a bit further out of my way for the other DD further toward indy. The employee at the register was pushy while being overspoken by the other employees making the ordering process frustrating. I ordered a frozen coffee, it came way under filled with a large amount of whip to make up for the lack of coffee. It also wasn’t fully blended. The ice chunks were so big my straw wouldn’t work, I had to wait for it to melt for me to be able to drink it. Very disappointing :,(
