The service. The service is greatly terrible. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for 30 years. There is not a wonder for me why I am no longer dining here.
Extremely disappointed with my last visit. I have a very specific order that has taken me a long time to perfect. I always order on my app so they can see the order in writing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and when I arrived to pick it up the man working handed me a large and said “I made it a large for you.” As if he was doing me a favor.
