I was really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a large latte, but the employee gave me a medium instead. When I politely pointed it out, instead of remaking the drink, she just poured the same drink into a large cup and added more ice. So basically I paid for a large and ended up with a watered-down latte. She didn’t bother to make a new one or fix it properly. Very unprofessional and it feels like they don’t care about their customers or the quality of what they serve.
This is Dunkin is right up the road from my job and let me tell you I love it
Not as good as it was service, food and coffee has not been good I ordered 2 large macchiato Carmel and vanilla flavor paid for it but no flavor in them at all 😕 not good to pay so much money and not getting what you wanted it sucked bad
