Update 3/21/25 - after frequenting this Dunkin for over a year now, I have not experienced any more out of stock items since I wrote my review originally. My orders are always correct, quick, and the staff has always been friendly. ********** So far 6 out the 10 times I’ve gotten coffee and/or food from this location they are out of an ingredient or item I want.
Very rude and they scream in the microphone One person screams out and the other laughs and try’s to justify what they are doing Saying “Yeah yeah yeah” to shut a customer up is not the solution I don’t recommend this place Lets do better have better customer service DONT COME HERE bad service!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! First off let me say I have been coming to this Dunkin for a long while now and they HAVE TO BE under new ownership and it’s AWFUL! While placing my order at the speaker I wanted to add cold foam to my drink and the lady on the speaker argued with me that she was not able to add anything to the drink I was ordering. (Even though the menu clearly said .80 to add cold foam). I also stated that I have ordered my drink this way before here but she still stated no she is not allowed to do that. Absolute garbage. Donuts were hard, drink tasted like old coffee and chemicals. Unfortunate I wasted my money here.
