Worst dunkin around...never busy and still cant get an order right...
I went through the drive-thru on my lunch break and got a frozen coffee and the lady at the window was so sweet! (she told me her name was bri) thank you bri !!
Weekend rushes need more staff. Someone shouldn’t be ignored at the counter for 15 minutes and then wait 20 for a coffee that sat on the counter half finished with melting ice for 10 mins. Nothing personally against the baristas, but at least acknowledge people. A new system needs to be put in place for not only focusing on drive through and mobile orders when there’s people standing like idiots waiting to be acknowledged.
Ordered 2 wake up wraps. Both were hard.
