New crew not the best at the drive thru, orders mixed up and just today poeple pulling away and not even getting their order because of wait time....used to be quick no longer the case
This location wouldn't know consistency if it hit them in the face. My order isn't complicated (usually ordered straight off the menu) but every Monday they manage to mess up a different aspect of it. This Dunkins is located in a sketchy gas station, too. The service is not fast at all, which is the point of being in a gas station. I often wait 10 minutes for a simple mobile order, and they never have my donuts out, I have to ask for them.
