Cold Food bad service
do not waste your money me and 3 other customers all got refunds because the coffee tasted so bad and burnt I also got a plain bagel toasted and it wasn't even toasted when I said this was supposed to be toasted they said that's how we toast them it was still like dough and not even colored she said u want it toasted more I said yes then she mad it black it's not that hard to work at dunkin people need to take pride in there job no matter what job it is

Service sucks employees suck they say the kitchen is closed for cleaning Rude employees in all shift.
