Went to Dunkin Donuts and asked for one dozen glazed donuts. They said they didn't have enough for a dozen. I asked for 6. They didn't have 6. I then said can I just get an assortment of any 12 that you have. They selected 12 and I went to my meeting. Upon opening the box I realized that the donuts were so stale I could not even serve them. Glad there is a new game in town. King donuts from now on even if I have to drive a bit farther
I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. The serve is SO SLOW! You will wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes for a coffee. And once you finally get to place your order, they are almost always out of the donuts or coffee flavor you want. It sucks! If there was a Starbucks on our side of town I'd be going to it instead. I end up just leaving after waiting. They lose so much business. You can count at least 2 customers that leave from the line inside and out with nothing or had to leave bc they'd be late to work. ... read more
this is the third time I walked into this donut shop and asked for a 25 count assorted munchkins, cinnamon and glazed. I'm told they're out of cinnamon. I asked the clerk if they were going to bake any more, and he said "no the truck won't 've in til the morning". I won't have anymore until the next day. I find it hard to believe they're running out of donuts at 10 a.m. in the morning. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
