This was one of the most humiliating and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a hot coffee, but it had a harsh, burned taste. I politely went to the cashier and asked if I could switch it for a cold coffee instead. Rather than helping, he started yelling at me in front of other customers with a shockingly rude and aggressive attitude. The line went so fast! There is a pre-order screen that makes it easy for picky customers like me
The most incompetent Dunkin. I stop by for coffee here regularly not because i want to but its the most convenient. My order is wrong half the time and have to go back to get it fixed. So annoying. Furthermore, most all the dunkins in this area are owned by the same person so the other locations are just asbad. If you can avoid the dunkins and go elsewhere.
I love getting my cup of Joe here. They are always courteous and have great service.
