Very slow wait times, often for no apparrent reason. Staff are nice, but so what if it takes forever to even get acknowledged when you pull up to the order area. Go to nearby Caribou Dunkin, better and faster Clearly the owner could care less about this store, don't see how they can profit
Been here a couple of times. Extremely slow to answer at drive thru teller plus get coffee. It's pretty bad when you have 4 people in the building with only one people talking and 3 people bullshitting not giving a care in the world. Either manage needs to do something or a mass firing and rehiring needs to happen
You would think with all the negative reviews this location would improve their standards. When purchasing food it's customary to be provided napkins, not this location. And it's mind boggling that this location no longer makes/sells chocolate cream filled. I've been told for that I must go to Caribou. The manager is respectful enough but she needs to kick the owner in the butt to get more employees working, 22 min drive thru delay only to get my cinnamon raisin toasted bagel with cream cheese only to be hardly toasted and n... read more
