This location is completely incompetent. They literally only help one lane in the drive, and make the second lane wait until the first is done. Staff is disrespectful and belligerent. Do not go here. Ever.
When I pulled into the second order line. I was the only person in line at the time. I was told that they would be with me shortly. I figured that they had online orders to complete first so I was understanding of that. But when 5 -7 other cars pulled up in the first order line, order, and are served before I have even been fully acknowledged and am still waiting to even order thats when I have a problem. I understand needing to be patient but I was basically ignored.
I have been served sparkling water instead of an energy drink multiple times which is a waste of my money when buying an energy drink product. Today I ordered and paid for a bagel with cream cheese and got a dry bagel with barely a touch of butter instead. This location needs to straighten its act up so they dont lose even more customers, I will no longer choose to spend my money on this joke.
