Everyone was nice
I had a very concerning experience at Dunkin’ in Mount Airy. The hot food I received was not properly prepared and appeared to be undercooked. This raises serious concerns about food safety and the way hot food is being prepared and served at this location. I believe management needs to take a closer look at the food preparation process and ensure that proper cooking temperatures and food-safety procedures are being followed consistently. Ordered medium oat milk latte with coconut. Go to drive thru , go to pick up drink, and it’s a large??? I ask the lady, are you sure this is the right drink? She said “yes this is right, they made it large by accident”. Wel guess what, it was the wrong drink!!! And it was terrible!!!!!!! Will not go here again. I suggest if you do, to try your drink before you drive away because they give you the incorrect drink here it seems…
They served me 2 burned up wrapped absolutely unexpected Unacceptable.
