Don’t even bother coming on a Saturday morning. Unprofessional crew they have. They putz on their phones and pretend to work to avoid customers. The female manager that works Saturday morning is not professional at all. I was waiting to place and order and she was on her phone with her co worker talking about a wedding and decided minutes later to help me. Then you got some doofy boy staring at you too. It used to be a decent place to pick up breakfast. Not anymore. They need a change up employees and management.
Have to wait for one item order from the mobile app that was not on pickup shelf and all employees ignoring people is very bad customer service. Dunkin in Lake Hopatcong Rte 15 and Dunkin Hopatcong always acknowledge customers even when busy.
Employees too busy cleaning vs taking care of the customers. There were 4 team members and only one taking orders and one making drinks other 2 busy wiping while 4 customers ahead of me waiting to be served.
Very good service and excellent coffee.
