I’m a regular Dunkin’ customer, but I will no longer visit this branch. Three months ago, I ordered two family packs of donuts here, and ever since, I’ve been trying to get the receipt. I emailed, called, and followed up multiple times, but they never responded. Completely unacceptable customer service.

This is the second time I have come to this Dunkin’ location to pick up a mobile order placed through the app, only to be told upon arrival that my order was not ready or could not be completed. This most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I Got an avocado toast it was burnt. $4 dollars for a burnt toast. They put the avocado and everything on the side that was burned so I couldn’t see it until I ate it. I get they are busy in the mornings but come on.
