Took forever then they told us to pull up by the door of the drive through but the car trying to get into the parking lot was honking at us for 8 minutes even though we couldn’t move to get our order as instructed
Do not recommend. Multiple bad experiences at this specific store, but this was the final straw. They made me pay twice for my order and 3 months later still no refund for the donuts I never received. I placed an order for 2 dozen donuts and a meal on the app for pick up. When I showed up, they gave me two meals, would not look at my receipt on my phone and kept insisting the app messed up and I needed to either pay again for the donuts or move along. Placed a quick order at the Dunkin Donuts at 5401 N Mesa St after my doctor's appointment nearby using the mobile app, when I got to the drive thru to pick up my order I was told their machine for the iced/frozen drinks was broken and if I wanted something else (hot coffee in this 100 degree weather). Instead of giving me a refund for the item I didn't receive, I was told to submit for the refund on the app that's what customer service has come to, NEVER ORDERING FROM DUNKIN AGAIN, sticking to my Starbucks.
