I went in today to get some work done on my laptop. The employees are friendly but so loud that they could be heard over my noise cancelling earbuds and loud music. One young male employee comes out into the dining area and starts dancing and almost falls over as he hits a chair. Update: Went this morning and was told to move to the side and got my bagels but no coffee another girl came out with coffee one was a large and another medium they were both medium, girI came back out and honestly they just moved the coffee and put it in a large and it was watered down. Got an avocado toast it was burnt. $4 dollars for a burnt toast. They put the avocado and everything on the side that was burned so I couldn’t see it until I ate it. I get they are busy in the mornings but come on.
The wait time is always crazy long. I'm usually there 25 minutes. Way too long of a wait for coffee.
They never make my coffee like I ask, It taste like water with a little bit of sweet. I have to drive 15min to another Dunkin over at Redd they have the best customer service and coffeeee 😋
