You had 1 employee on for doing the drive thru and the inside counter. Very long wait because of it. Not because the employee wasnt moving day. But because she was running all positions alone.
Coffee was terrible.
I don't know if you guys need a counter person five times outta ten there's no one, or they certainly don't care enough. Thank God there's another dunkin down the road
