Iced coffee was delicious, service was excellent- the staff was super friendly and helpful. Went there for a 2 person casual business meeting- the music was too loud, but it was still quieter than Starbucks. Highly recommend and we probably could have requested the young workers turn the music down a notch, but we worked through it. Definitely will go back there.

Bait and switch at Dunkin?!? They have an advertised special on their building for $3 refreshers but claim it's only one per order when you go to pay. This would be good to put on your sign if true.

I visited Dunkin' on May 6th, during Nurses Appreciation Day, and was informed that this particular location was not participating in the promotion. However, later that same day, a family member of mine visited the exact same location and was given a free medium coffee as part of the promotion. As a nurse, I can verify my credentials and was present on the correct date, which makes this inconsistency especially frustrating. Consistently positive experience. I go through the drive thru at least once a week. Service is always upbeat. Employees always seem to have a sense of urgency. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the same employee twice, but every one of them has done well. Kudos to the management. So far they’ve always had what I wanted, and made it quickly and correctly. Great job!

I fell at this location because of the uneven floor at the back door leading to patio. Very disappointing. Unable to contact brand to file grievance. Be careful. Most of the staff is extremely RUDE.
