Store consistently fails to follow my mobile order instructions for a simple iced latte. Always a full cup of ice and less coffee at this location.
The service sucked and they didn’t make the food with care. The sandwiches we ordered was no hot, cheese unmelted, and just thrown together. Will never come here again.
I have lived one mile away from the store for 10 years. For 10 years it has been the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have visited. On most occasions we drive miles away to go to another store because the service is so bad here. This morning was no different. If anything it was probably my worst experience yet. I wish I could give this location negative stars. I used to come here daily but the staff here is extremely rude and started making my order wrong daily. When I addressed it, the lady at the window was so disrespectful. I stopped going to this location but today I stopped by to get my kids coolatas and they filled the cups up half full. Coolatas are already way overpriced in my opinion but don’t give me a drink that’s not even filled up.
