My order was completely wrong! I order a turkey sausage egg and cheese muffin I got some sort of breakfast taco thing. Only thing was right was my coffee
I have rarely had a good experience at this Dunkin. Service is always slow and every worker I’ve encountered always has an attitude. They are not inviting at all. Food and drinks they make are good, although they are out of a lot of stuff sometimes. The poor customer service makes me not want to come back.
Whoever was working the drive thru window the morning of 3/7/2025 needs a serious attitude adjustment. Young girl, brown hair, didn't get her name. I pulled up to the window and the first thing she said without even looking at me was my total. No "hi" or acknowledgement of another human being. I said "good morning" and she was silent... not trying to have a conversation with you but, whatever okay so I paid with a gift card first then the remainder in cash and handed her 7 dimes,1 nickel and 3 pennies in coins.
