The service here is slow and the employees are rude. I pulled up the window to order and they didn't come. I rang the doorbell next to the window and they still took forever to come. When the employee finally came he was extremely rude and said the window was only for pickup. I could see through the window the people inside ordering were also very confused and becoming increasingly impatient. According to the Dunkin website you can still order at a "walk up window" even so, the employee could have been nicer and not accosted... read more
