Hours say 24hours. I made the online order for a large cold brew coffee. And was made to wait 25 min till 5am till the lady working said they opened. The hours where just confirmed 2 weeks ago by the business at the time of this review. I’m a truck driver on a schedule. She would not give me a refund so I was pretty much forced to wait till they “opened” at 5am to get a coffee that takes 30 seconds to make. Not open 24/7 was just told at 2am that they don’t open until 5.
It says it’s open 24 hours and it’s not
Coffee was ok but a little bitter. Staff was very friendly
I asked the lady at dunkin if they were open since it says 24/7 on the app and couldn't hear her the first time because she was walking away from me. I started to ask again, and she turned around and yelled, "I SAID WE AREN'T OPEN!!" What a pleasant start to the morning...
