I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location a few times, and the experience has been inconsistent. There are often long wait times, even when it doesn’t seem very busy. Sometimes there is a delay before they even take your order, and service at the window can also be slow even when food is already ready. On a couple of visits, items were missing from my order (a donut once and a kolache another time), which is something that should be checked before handing out orders. Love the variety of donuts they offer- they sell quick some mornings so be sure to come early. They have great attitude with their service!

this location has such great customer service but please check your machines. my drink was extremely soapy-genuinely not drinkable
