Got coffee twice first time great second time terrible. Not consistent at all. Girl that waited on us didnt listen and order was wrong. They did fix it and my order was wrong as well.

If I could I would leave zero stars . My large latte was below the top rim of the cup . Ordered 2 cream powdered filled donuts , one glazed and one with strawberry icing and sprinkles . Handed me 2 strawberry one chocolate cream filled and one glazed . Told the young girl it’s not what I ordered . The older lady came over and ripped the bag out of the girls hand and dumped the donuts out . She stated in a not so friendly voice we don’t have powdered cream filled what do you want . If I could give zero reviews I would. This palmyra location is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been too. My coffee was disgustingly strong, bitter & the hash browns were raw, and mushy. I’m shocked they would give me under cooked food. The manager refused to refund me he was yelling at me, and cursing saying he’s not giving me a refund. He never apologized, or even tried to make my order right. He kept saying he’s not giving me a refund he’s very money hungry.
