I love this dunking donuts place, the staff is wonderful, I went on Sunday afternoon 07/19/2026, they were busy but still I got a good service and good coffee. The young staff are wonderful and friendly during busy afternoon hours.
I visited this facility on 7-19-2026 at 12:45. There was a Black kid and a white kid working. My wife ordered an iced coffee. She orders it the same way every time she goes to Dunkin'. It was very watered down, so she requested the staff to just pour out a little, and add some more cold brew to give it the right taste. The black kid just stated flatly as he was walking off, "there will be a charge for that". Then the white kid says, "i'll have to charge for a small cold brew". Im 60yrs old and this has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. There is only one person working. The service is slow, the girl behind the counter is unfriendly and slow. Their selection of donuts is bare minimum. All they had was eight varieties and most of those only had a few varieties each.
This morning was the last time I’ll visit this store. In this atmosphere where we pay 6$ for a drink I want it to be done correctly. This morning I could tell just by looking at the drink it was wrong. So I told the guy that it didn’t have the milk in it . He stared blankly at my like he didn’t understand what I was saying to him. He rudely took my cup and instead of making it over he poured a splash of milk. He then put it in the counter and proceeded to talk shit about me to his coworker. Look I get it.
