I saw mad negatory reviews but I had super fast service but that may just be because I am incredibly good looking
Terrible. Almost every day that I order there isn't wrong or inedible. Honestly, everything in this town is pretty terrible. Just more disappointed that it's this place. After all, how hard is it to literally follow step by step instructions on a machine? Today is the last time I'll order from this place again. Just over it.
0 stars. Petty and Rude Manager. This morning I saw a little girl spill her WATER on the floor and the manager told her she couldn't have a new one while her mom was cleaning it up. Then the manager asked the woman to do her bank run. Is a non-employee even supposed to have access to their money???!! The mom said no and the manager was so rude to her and her children. Very concerning incidents to overhear. Will not be supporting this Dunkin in the future. Corporate, where are you?!
HORRIBLE service! Was there on a Sunday afternoon, two workers, and was completely ignored for 5 solid minutes. When the girl finally asked she was rude, lazy & snarky. The owners would be wise in this economy to replace her with someone who actually wants a job. I can get mediocre coffee & donuts anywhere.
The donuts were good. However, the girl behind the counter had a bad attitude and gave me the wrong donuts. I did not notice until I got home. I was so turned off by the workers attitude that I don't know that I'll be going there again. Dealing with someone's bad attitude is not how I like to begin my day. What ever happened to "Service with a smile"?
