This may be the worst Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. The manager is rude to customers and staff alike. She does not seem to understand that she is in the customer service business. It is almost impossible when ordering off the app to get a drink that is properly made. It generally has many times more cream than you wanted, sugar when none was ordered, and cold brew when iced coffee was preferred. Asked for a simple water cup and got attitude from the lady with blonde highlights.. its just water
On 9 Mar 26 the wife and I stopped in at the Sierra Vista, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts for a cup of coffee and a quick bite. The lady at the register delivered one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve seen in a while, and when I questioned her about her day she proceeded to tell me that she’s tired of old people being rude. Rude manager. Very impatient doesnt greet you.
Went to Dunkin inside of Walmart Saturday morning Jan 31st. The two employees were rude and very short during our interaction. When I was checking out, they asked how many specialty donuts we wanted and I wasn't sure because my children were still deciding what they wanted. This added maybe 1 minute to the interaction and she was huffing and puffing at three children excited for their Saturday treat. When we got to the car realized there was no straws for our drinks.
