Im 60yrs old and this has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. There is only one person working. The service is slow, the girl behind the counter is unfriendly and slow. Their selection of donuts is bare minimum. All they had was eight varieties and most of those only had a few varieties each.
This morning was the last time I’ll visit this store. In this atmosphere where we pay 6$ for a drink I want it to be done correctly. This morning I could tell just by looking at the drink it was wrong. So I told the guy that it didn’t have the milk in it . He stared blankly at my like he didn’t understand what I was saying to him. He rudely took my cup and instead of making it over he poured a splash of milk. He then put it in the counter and proceeded to talk shit about me to his coworker. Look I get it. The staff taking order are rude and one staff even lectured me this morning about ordering a coffee. I ordered coffee and sourdough breakfast. I lost my appetite.
I was so disappointed. I don’t always get food but I wanted to this time and haven’t gone to this location for food. The one on base has been pretty good. Anyways, I ordered two orders of hashbrowns and they were dark, mushy, and oily. It tasted like they were sitting in or fried in old oil. I was so sad because I was in a rush already :(
I placed a mobile order through Dunkin and returned to find that my order was completely incorrect, with multiple items missing. When I came back to request a refund, I was assisted by an employee named Taunja. Before I even arrived, she had already spoken to my fiancé and made inappropriate comments comparing his demeanor to mine, stating he was “nicer,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
