Came back here to edit my review after frequenting this location multiple more times. Today I paid for a coffee and brought a reusable cup as I have done in the past. There is a manager (or owner) that refuses to pour the coffee into my mug saying its their policy to not allow that practice. Make this make sense. I offer to pay for a large when the mug holds a medium and you save the cost of your plastic cup? Its the opposite of customer friendly.
