I work in a well know major food chain. Customer service is how you acquire great ratings. I pre-ordered my two items 35 minutes before arrival. It would be ready within the next 10 minutes of me being there. There was an employee running the drive thru, one at the counter, the third was the manager making the breakfast items. The younger man running the window this morning was such a breath of fresh air. In a world where good customer service is hard find, he was polite, friendly and had great customer service skills!
Service was very good. When there didnt have the dounut I ordered they took care of it and gave me a different option. My drink was made wrong and I was given the wrong sandwich.
