There are a few employees here who are very kind and do their best but one of their managers, Shereece, is awful. I've watched her yell at customers, employees, and whoever she is on the phone with. The restaurant also has a gnat issue right now and they're all over the donuts! Before she was there, it was better, but now that this individual is there it has gotten so much worse. I hope that all of the employees who work there leave or that that person gets fired. Will be reporting them for sure.
Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, I am met with an exceptional team that really cares about me. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and they’ve really gotten to know me by name and I always appreciate that.
