Never did i think I would give Dunkin a good review, but I had a pleasant experience. Very short wait and staff was friendly!
I’m writing this with the intention of providing constructive feedback, not to stir negativity — but I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Saltsburg Road that I believe should be addressed. I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order while dealing with a sprained ankle and politely explained I was unable to walk inside due to the pain. why is it that everytime i order from here something is ALWAYS wrong! my coffee is bland , i ordered a sandwich they didn’t even put the croissant top ??? yall gave me sausage cheese and egg.
Do not recommend if you have a dairy sensitivity or allergy. I went there today and they randomly put my bagel sandwich on the wrong bagel. I went in to have it fixed, and they put cheese on it when I cannot have dairy. Not a safe place to eat if looking for something with a sensitivity.
