I was very unsatisfied with my service Never had a issue like today I went at 9:35 and there was a black girl working there I did not get her name who was extremely rude I ordered went to the window , I tried to tap and pay it was not working I said , why isn’t it working? My uber driver said the store told them several drivers tried to pick up my order and that they did not have it. The managers were extremely rude and unhelpful and told the uber driver to cancel my order because they werent going to make it
Extremely long drive thru times and massive potholes that will destroy your vehicle.
I have tried to go to this Dunkin multiple times and every time I go, the staff is very rude and my drink is never right. This morning I went and got a large drink with light ice, I pulled up to the window and she handed me a medium drink, which I told her I wanted a large, and then this was the drink that I was handed. this is ridiculous.
The breakfast sandwich was good and I like their coffee. I got a chocolate glazed donut, after one bite I didn't eat it, eww. The girl at the take out window had a meltdown due to a shortage of help.
