This place is the worst. I have left the drive thru more times than I have gotten the order. Sat in line for more than 20 minutes to get. Coffee. Would have drove off but was locked in the line with traffic having the same problems.
Takes a while sometimes at this location but employees are very friendly.
Went on a Saturday morning and they said they can’t make any food. Perhaps don’t even open if you can’t function as the restaurant that you are.
Ordered food at 5am and it’s now 5:40 and I’m still sitting in the drive thru wondering where everyone is. My daughter went inside to buy a coffee 10 min ago and is still waiting. If you open at 5, be ready to serve food and drinks at that time. This is insane.
This was literally my first time at a dunkins and my food was burnt. And inside was was dirty.
