Great people workn there
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I ordered online . Got there and waited 30 minutes and received only a drink . I placed an order for donuts for my team members. I’m now late for work . I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before deciding to park and go inside . After getting inside and asked my name the drink on my mobile order was made immediately however I watched every car in drive thru that was ahead of me receive their items along with customers who walked in AFTER me and placed their orders inside the store . The hash browns were fresh as hell, the bacon egg and cheese bagel was great, but that damn iced coffee was SWEET. I got the standard 3 pumps of cream and vanilla but it was too much for me. I think next time I'll get 1 pump of vanilla. The parking lot was empty with the only person there was literally the service worker. She was patient and made sure I was good to go before I drove home.
