Staff is very friendly
Excellent customer service! The manager, Sim, is a great guy and lives to hear feedback from customers.
According to the board you can get an iced coffee with any combo but then when try to order it they don't honor it its only certain combos! false advertising won't be here again. Very ignorant staff
out of all the local DD's in our area, the Brookforest store is by far the best and fastest for customer service.
