I bought a box of donuts here, and one of the munchkin has fungus in it. I returned for the apology for poor product quality control, and the staff there refuses to file this claim because he was not the person who sell it. He told me to come back tomorrow and claim to the person that I’ve purchased to. I don’t want to waste my time for this small money. Terrible quality control and even more terrible customer service.
I know it seems a little bit out of character to write a “5 star” review for a chain (I feel like everybody just comes on here review sites to complain tbh), but I had to acknowledge the young gentleman and nice woman working the counter today. Super friendly and very helpful. I wish more restaurant chains would step up their service like these people did.
