Employees did not let my mom buy a separate cup of mocha with a regular amount of pumps of mocha… they are all clueless. I work at dunking myself and we literally give people that for free…then gave me a blueberry muffin instead of donut…
The staff here don’t speak English very well. I went in looking for the elf on the shelf ornaments this year, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. We always get the elf on the shelf ornaments every year from Dunkin’ Donuts.
