Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.. how we buying from Dunkin but their rude and rushing me .. I proceeded to ask.. if I wanted my coffee redone would they do it? The old hag is said yes she will.. I replied with welp.. if that's so you can't be rude and rush me out of your drive thru when I am a customer. Honestly I’ve been to this Dunkin’ before and it was great so maybe it was just an off day. I went to the drive thru with my buddy and he ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of caramel and 2 creams. I thought that sounds pretty good but I prefer vanilla so I ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 creams. We literally said the exact same thing except for the words “caramel” and “vanilla”. When the coffees came out, he received a coffee with caramel SWIRL, and I received a coffee with vanilla SHOTS. The service in this store is very poor. Very rude staff works there overnight. Lacks good customer service skills. Dunkin should mind the kind of people they employ at their stores. This isn’t good for the brand. This particular guy who worked on the overnight shift on Wednesday/Thursday on Feb 20, 2025 is the worst.
