The best Dunkin I've been too!! Can't say enough about the customer service there!!! They go way above and beyond. I love when I'm headed in that direction because I can stop in and get my coffee done correctly and with a smile. The staff are always friendly and they all seem to work well together. They are the only DD I've been too that have the frosted coffee rolls!!! Sinful but so good!!!!
This place has to be the worst. It lacks supervision. Whoever the supervisor is in the AM really needs to learn how to be a leader and supervisor. Was in last Friday 5/22/26. I counted 7 employees behind the counter and out of the 7, two were actually working. The rest were on their phones, chit chatting about things unrelated to work ect. I was the only one waiting to order and stood there for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then it took another 5 mins for them to give me . Horrible supervisor.
