Every single time I go to this location I get greeted rudely. I understand if you have a bad day but even then you need to be polite to your guests.
Worst service ever. Came in on 10/21/25 at 2:30PM in the afternoon. I ordered a hot coffee on their kiosk then used the restrooms. Came out and coffee wasn't ready. One man was behind the counter cleaning and listening/singing to music in headphones. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never spoke to me and never stopped cleaning and singing. I grew increasingly frustrated until I finally walked out.
I hate this layout. No chairs, tables etc i normally stop at dunkin in between work appointments. Definitely not coming back to this one.
