I ordered 2 coffees and and it tasted like the cream was old or expired, I went back for a refund and a younge man told me “I can’t give you a refund because there’s no manager on shift” which raises more questions, like who’s managing the floor full of new hires? so that being said my only option was to have them remade which I really didn’t want since I can’t trust that its drinkable. I don't see any reason why it's kiosk only.. never going back
Slow at the worst time possible: weekday mornings. Have ordered multiple orders online and have to leave due to being unable to get food in reasonable amount of times. It shouldn’t take 17 min to get a donut and coffee
I stop here weekly on Thursdays in the morning and they are always so sweet and responsive. They make you feel great early in the morning. I always enjoy coming. However I have stopped twice in the afternoon and service is night and day. While it’s empty the lady is rude and dismissive. But in the morning they are super busy and always hustling and smiling at the same time
