Just came in for some food and witnessed a woman being dismissed and yelled at when trying to find her mobility walker she has mistakenly left in the Dunkin. The main cashier/worker yelled at her "I don't know, I not here in morning" as she explained she had previously called and been told her item was safe and in the possession of the workers. Absolutely disrespectful and shameful to see

I would like to file a complaint about the mistreatment of a woman, approximately 38 years old, dark-skinned. I asked the Hanka official for her information, such as her name, but he did not want to give it. She was very racist with me, and this affected my psyche.
