Lying about closing hour
I was expecting a nice breakfast and I waited because I was full, I ordered an egg with bacon and cheese, when I was going to have breakfast I got a little annoyed because my bread was burnt and hard, I understand that I was busy and I have no problem but I think it is rude to give burnt and hard bread to someone who is expecting a nice breakfast, now I have to start working without having breakfast, I think we have to have a little empathy with our customers
The woman at the front counter was extremely rude, even yelled at consumer. Very disrespectful experience.
Just came in for some food and witnessed a woman being dismissed and yelled at when trying to find her mobility walker she has mistakenly left in the Dunkin. The main cashier/worker yelled at her "I don't know, I not here in morning" as she explained she had previously called and been told her item was safe and in the possession of the workers. Absolutely disrespectful and shameful to see
