Put the bathroom definitely needs more timely maintenance
Usually they do good with online ordering, but not today! It was such a mess, ended up waiting for almost 15 minutes for a single medium coffee. A group of 5-6 men came behind me and got their coffee before me. It makes me wonder if it was because those men excitedly spoke the cashier's language. No complaints whatsoever—this Dunkin’ in Kendall Square consistently delivers a great experience. The morning staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient, even during the busiest rush hours. Truly unorganized, rude, and always messing up orders. They will just stand around talking and laughing while you're waiting for them to eventually make the food. They are also very unhelpful.
