Very inconsistently open in the morning. Lines can take forever due to on the go orders being prioritized over in person customers (company policy) Unpleasant atmosphere due to the location, lots of beggers and homeless in the area
The service is agonizingly slow. I’ve literally gotten out of line twice because it just wasn’t moving. The coffee is usually burnt, and the staff are overall just incredibly incompetent and inconsistent. They put my donuts in a paper bag face down without the parchment paper. Definitely the worst run Dunkin I’ve ever been to
Sucks and no bathroom
The place was very clean, it was my first time coming in for a cup of coffee. My daughter had appointments next door so instead of going to our regular Dunkin’s we figured it was more convenient to go here so we wouldn’t be late. I ordered through the app as I entered, had a seat and waited to see the coffee appear at the pick up section.
