I’m really disappointed with a recent experience at Dunkin’. I ordered a 16 oz unsweetened iced tea with light ice, only to find I was charged an extra $0.50—simply for asking for less ice. When I asked about it, the employee explained that it’s not a Dunkin’ corporate policy, but a store-specific decision made by the owners. Ordered an iced macchiato that had barely any ice, too much milk so coffee flavor was non existent. Basically paid $6 for a cool cup of milk. Waste of money again at Dunkin that cannot keep consistency with making expensive drinks

From the scowl when I approached the counter to the employee chatter when I asked for a clean table, this was a bad experience. And spray Spic and Span is not the standard for cleaning restaurant tables. When infirst asked for a clean table they merely dusted off the crumbs with a dry paper towel. I had to ask again and explain that there were still food stains on 4 of the tables.
My go to they know me by name in the morning. I have noticed if the usual gal isnt taking orders, theres a chance my order would have minor issues. Otherwise theyre pretty quick unlike the one on Main St in Royersford
