workers are nice. tonight placed my mobile order 40 minutes before close and they had shut down the espresso machine. i had to get an iced coffee instead of my shaken espresso i paid more for :(
The bacon egg and cheese croissant never disappoints. However, the potato rounds are not good at all. They are always to soft and don't taste done.
The TWO young ladies that were working very HARD, to keep the orders going. Had been there BY THEMSELVES SINCE THE STORE OPENED 😳 DID A SUPERB JOB! IT'S A SHAME HOW THE GM OR WHATEVER THE TITLE IS LEFT THEM HANGING TO FAIL. JOKES ON HER!! THEY HANDLED IT LIKE CHAMPS WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE!! GREAT JOB LADIES!! YOU BOTH DESERVE A RAISE!!
Awful customer service experience while attempting to place an order at drive thru.Waited for approximately 3 minutes and blowing the horn before driving around to see workers including the manager walking around and not answering the drive thru call. I was told that they were changing shifts which happened to be at 2pm and that I would have to drive back around or come in to place the order due to their lack of attention.
