This location is ALWAYS so unprofessional! There are only 2 Dunkin Locations in the area and this one is the cleanest but the staff are TRASH!
Most disgusting and disappointing donuts ever. Served me cold,like out of the freezer. Do not go to any Dunkin Donuts in Greensboro NC. I travel to another city if I want a decent Old fashioned donuts.
The staff is rude, even when customers are trying to be friendly and the service also takes forever, with no apologies or sense of urgency from the staff.
Their published opening time is 06:00 (6:00 AM). I went on Saturday, 10/11/25 at 6:30, and it was closed. No one inside and all lights off inside. No sign on the door explaining the closure.
