So my wife and I walked in this morning and never really experienced this location before. Immediately was welcomed rudely by a girl working behind the register. She came off very dry and unpleasant. It seemed like she didn’t want to work. My wife didn’t want to order anymore because of the negative energy that was coming off from her. Really good workers. Very busy but they were efficient & friendly.
I was in there yesterday and the 2 girls who were working a 12 to 4 were actually terrible. We were in there for 30 minutes and left with the wrong order, a donut bag thrown at me and missing food. The 2 girls were incredibly rude when I tried to get the order fixed. Ordered an ice coffee, they made a latte and when I was telling them it was supposed to be an ice coffee one argued with me that “ it’s still coffee “ the bacon egg and cheese wasnt cooked. I went through the drive-thru and what I got was not what I had ordered. So then they made it the proper way except for they gave me a bagel that was so hard and almost burnt it was ridiculous. So as I'm exiting the drive-thru I asked to talk to a manager and the young lady says she is the manager I proceed to tell her that my first order was done wrong and then my second order it was way over toasted and she goes well we don't normally toast them as if it was my fault I said I didn't ask for it to be toasted.
