Had my drink remade multiple times and they don’t understand instructions

Hash browns only had 3 pieces in two orders. And the donuts looked like they were from yesterday... Dry and crumbly...jelly soaking through the shell...Stale Old fashion... I worked at dumping donuts for more than ten years and never saw anything like this.
No ketchup, mayo, hash brown from yesterday, no fountain drinks, donuts cold not fresh, small piece of bacon. DD is only good for coffee. At least the service was decent.
