Terrible customer service.They just talking to each other and doesn’t care about the customer.I stood in line to place and order more than 15 minutes and they didn’t even answer.Their attitude was like they don’t even care about the customers.
So I have to say this is the first time in my entire life that I have ever had this happen. I am a huge Dunkin Donuts fan.I have been getting mine and my hubby's coffee from here everyday. Tonight on 3/19 around 8pm I asked if the espresso machine was still working and was told yes by the worker Lexi who was there on that day. I have never seen her there before. So my wife and I walked in this morning and never really experienced this location before. Immediately was welcomed rudely by a girl working behind the register. She came off very dry and unpleasant. It seemed like she didn’t want to work. My wife didn’t want to order anymore because of the negative energy that was coming off from her.
