I was in there yesterday and the 2 girls who were working a 12 to 4 were actually terrible. We were in there for 30 minutes and left with the wrong order, a donut bag thrown at me and missing food. The 2 girls were incredibly rude when I tried to get the order fixed. I went through the drive-thru and what I got was not what I had ordered. So then they made it the proper way except for they gave me a bagel that was so hard and almost burnt it was ridiculous. So as I'm exiting the drive-thru I asked to talk to a manager and the young lady says she is the manager I proceed to tell her that my first order was done wrong and then my second order it was way over toasted and she goes well we don't normally toast them as if it was my fault I said I didn't ask for it to be toasted.
