So I have to say this is the first time in my entire life that I have ever had this happen. I am a huge Dunkin Donuts fan.I have been getting mine and my hubby's coffee from here everyday. Tonight on 3/19 around 8pm I asked if the espresso machine was still working and was told yes by the worker Lexi who was there on that day. I have never seen her there before. So my wife and I walked in this morning and never really experienced this location before. Immediately was welcomed rudely by a girl working behind the register. She came off very dry and unpleasant. It seemed like she didn’t want to work. My wife didn’t want to order anymore because of the negative energy that was coming off from her. Really good workers. Very busy but they were efficient & friendly.
I was in there yesterday and the 2 girls who were working a 12 to 4 were actually terrible. We were in there for 30 minutes and left with the wrong order, a donut bag thrown at me and missing food. The 2 girls were incredibly rude when I tried to get the order fixed. Ordered an ice coffee, they made a latte and when I was telling them it was supposed to be an ice coffee one argued with me that “ it’s still coffee “ the bacon egg and cheese wasnt cooked. I went through the drive-thru and what I got was not what I had ordered. So then they made it the proper way except for they gave me a bagel that was so hard and almost burnt it was ridiculous.
