Service was decent — staff were friendly and moved the line along well. The atmosphere is your typical Dunkin', nothing special but comfortable enough. Stick to the drinks and you'll probably be fine.
Terrible customer service, the staff seems totally out of sync with their duties, causing significant delays for customers.
