The workers are so kind! 5/5 stars for service. It’s such a shame they can’t receive tips?? They work so hard and all these other drive thru coffee places take tips? Management needs to change that ASAP! I’ll let head of Dunkin’s admin know! My coffee was great and the staff was so attentive and kind. Will return for a coffee!
I ordered a Strawberry Refresher with milk and specifically asked for less ice, but the drink was still packed with ice. There was barely any actual drink, and the flavor was very disappointing. It felt like my order was not made the way I requested at all. The employee with the long hair who prepared my drink didn’t seem to pay attention to the order, which made the experience even more frustrating. I paid for a drink, not a cup full of ice.
